Effective May 25th, 2018, our Privacy Policy was updated in order to provide additional information to any European site visitor under the new European Union General Data Protection Regulation or ‘GDPR’. 

 

Provell Pharmaceuticals, LLC (“Provell”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects and is committed to protecting your privacy.  The purpose of this Privacy Notice is to inform you how we collect, process, and use your Personal Information (as defined herein) along with sharing what our purpose for collecting this information is used for.

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They take reasonable precautions to store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  Provell cannot and will not be responsible for any breach of security by any third parties or for any actions of any third party that receive any information that may be disclosed to us.  Our website may also be linked to other websites.  We are not and cannot be held responsible for the privacy policies of any other website or third-party website or how they treat information about their users.

The website for Provell Pharmaceuticals is hosted in the United States and is governed by United States law.  If you are using our company’s website from outside the United States (including, but not limited to, from the European Union), please be aware that your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located, and our central database is operated. Please note that the data protection and other laws of the United States and other countries might not be as comprehensive as those in your country. Provell Pharmaceuticals does not knowingly collect or use any personal information directly from children, which we define as minors younger than thirteen (13).
